She earned a B.A. in Hospitality, Recreation, and Tourism with a minor in Women’s Studies in 2013, followed by an M.S. in Recreation Tourism in 2016. That same year, she achieved her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, solidifying her expertise in the industry.

Christa founded Magnetic Magnificent Events as a self-driven entrepreneur before graduating, turning her vision into a thriving business. She has orchestrated events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions with six-figure budgets, always delivering with meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Her ability to craft seamless, memorable events has earned her a reputation as a leader in the industry.

Christa’s achievements have been widely recognized. She was named “Meeting Professional of the Year 2013-2014” by Meeting Professionals International, Northern California Chapter (MPINCC), following her “Meeting Professional of the 3rd Quarter” award in 2014. She was also honored as one of the inaugural '40 Under 40' award recipients by California State University, East Bay, and honored as a VIP Member for 2021 by Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Publication.

Beyond event planning, Christa is a sought-after speaker and trainer, delivering motivational seminars such as “Brand You: Learning How to Leave Your Mark and Lasting Impression to Increase Your Sales.” She has captivated audiences of up to 1,500 people, has been featured in multiple publications, and continues to share her insights as a content creator on YouTube through the Magnetic Magnificent Events channel.
